There is no premium price that can change this. Please don't ask.
My proposals include ample time for you to provide the assets or information needed for the project, and give feedback and approvals along the way. I don't like to cut things close, so I allow for some unexpected contingencies. My process is geared toward keeping things as well-organized and on-track as possible. Client delays that exceed the allotted time could result in a significant delay in the completion/delivery of the project.
During dedicated production hours, I may only pick up phone calls that pertain to active projects. All other calls go to voicemail, but I return them within 24 hours.
